Scotts Story
I’m a recruiter with a bit of an unusual mix, a background in both law and engineering sectors, and a real love for helping people and businesses find the right fit.
After earning my law degree, I started my career working in personal injury and insurance before discovering my passion for recruitment. I joined a leading international agency, where I specialised in sourcing manufacturing and engineering talent often for roles that were tricky to fill and required a bit of creative thinking.
Later, I moved in-house with a civil engineering company, partnering closely with leadership teams to shape hiring strategies, streamline recruitment, and build high performing technical teams. It’s given me a great perspective on what makes a hire truly work from both sides of the table.

Jons Story
With over five years of experience in recruitment, I’ve built my career around one guiding principle.... people come first. I began as a global recruiter specialising in senior appointments across Finance, Operations, HR, and Executive Leadership.
Working closely with business leaders across multiple industries gave me a deep appreciation for how successful teams are built and how the right hire can transform a business.
Although my background has been in-house, I’ve always been driven by curiosity: learning how different organisations work, understanding their challenges, and helping them find lasting solutions. Recruitment, for me, isn’t just about matching skills to a job description it’s about listening, advising, and creating partnerships that stand the test of time.
My approach is consultative, relationship led, and grounded in integrity. I take pride in adding a genuine human touch to every stage of the process listening carefully, communicating openly, and ensuring that both clients and candidates walk away knowing it was the right decision for them.
